Toxicity from high level players in a community can destroy it.
I have no problem with losing; I have a problem with the inconsistency with people's attitudes.
Compare the following scenarios:
Picture #1
Picture #2
Picture #3
Pay attention to the differences in the chat.
Picture #1: ilyrian is fighting me one-on-one. Very little said; I don't say anything.
Picture #2: ilyrian fights me a second time, but pleads to Iniciar, "ayuda me", which is Spanish for "Help me." Iniciar waits to allow the one-on-one to complete, which is respectable. There is no reason for any high level player to ask for help in the middle of a one-on-one.
Picture #3: Iniciar finally joins, and so do a few other people. Now that ilyrian scores a win on me, he is very cocky and ready to taunt Alpha team.
Toxicity is and has always been a problem in Army Force Online, but I won't allow myself to get bullied by someone who cannot fight their own battles.

And if you want a sense of Iniciar's impact on a game, here is a recent game between him and ilyrian. In this game, ilyrian accuses him of using hacks. He is a much better player than ilyrian and a decent front line offensive player.
I have the full chat log from this conversation, and on request I can translate the rest.
It is curious how only a few days ago ilyrian is willing to call him a hacker, yet has no problems using him to win against me.
