Hello, i've just seen that i'm ban from the game, probably because i used to shot players behind walls. When I did this, i didn't know that it was forbidden. Indeed, i thought that as the game allows us to do it, it wasn't illegal. But i was wrong, it's a bug and using it is bannable. When i learned that, i stopped to do this but i've been banned. So i apologise for what i did and i ask you to forgive it and remove the permently ban, because i love this game and i would like to continue playing.

As the game didn't prevent me from doing so, I thought it was legal. On top that, this bug has persisted for years and you haven't fixed ityet: 3-4 years ago I was playing this game and I saw a lot of people doing it without being punished, so I thought it was still the same. But i promess that if you accept to remove the ban, i'll stop completely to use this bug.

I will not remove the ban for the following reasons.
One, it will revoke all punishment for however many unfair kills you achieved by intentionally performing the super jump to get behind the wall. Unbanning your account will basically say that you deserve to be rewarded with statistics that you did not rightfully earn, which is unfair to people who have played fairly through the entirety of their account's existence.
Two, we have to uphold the rules for everyone equally. By unbanning your account, everyone who has ever been banned can claim that they did not know the rules and request a free pass. Naturally if you have so many people doing it, it becomes hard to track who's actually a repeat offender and who isn't and so the moderation process becomes undermined.
If you would like to continue playing the game, I would suggest doing so on a new account and not doing anything that breaks the rules.
In general, gamers tend to be able to identify when an exploit is being used in a game. You should have known it was an exploit when you could not get shot at through the wall while you could shoot others at their spawn point.

Quite contrary to the public reception of my usual behaviour, I tend to give many second chances.
We all do. But NOT to someone who puts laws over ethical values.
I do not give a flying shit about if something is "allowed" or not, when I can clearly see that doing it is wrong.
So for your bad attitude alone, your ban shall remain permanent.
