Although the video clearly demonstrates Vicky's invisibility, I don't know if it's a hack; it may be a bug in the game.
On rare occasions, I've played where my health value goes negative instead of going to zero and dying. Shots will keep registering, but my negative HP would just continue to grow. When this did happen, it would only last for the match. Once the match was over, the HP returned to normal, and I would become an easy target, as usual.
Also, based on Vicky's current 0.4 KD, it doesn't look like this player is using and "god mode" type hack.
