We've all probably encountered this problem at some point.
Example 1: 3v3, 10:00 game - One team is up by 15-20 points, causing the entire opposing team to leave. - There are ~6:00 remaining in the game
The players remaining on the winning team have to make a choice 1. They can leave the game and add a loss to their profile 2. They can afk and add a loss to their profile 3. They can join the other team and possibly add a loss to their profile 4. They can stay on-screen and continually push buttons to prevent going afk until another player joins, preventing them from doing anything else on another screen.
Example 2: 1v1, 5:00 game - You get three quick kills within the first minute, causing your opponent to leave
You have to make a choice 1. They can leave the game and add a loss to their profile
2. They can afk and add a loss to their profile 3. They can stay on-screen and continually push buttons to prevent going afk until another player joins, preventing them from doing anything else on another screen.
What these examples show is that players who play from start to finish for a round can be put into undesirable situations when other players leave the game early. We want to avoid this, but we need some feedback. Is this something that is okay with the community, or would you propose a solution to fix what could potentially be a problem?
